By using AdBolster, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the marketplace.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for your account, including keeping your password safe and for all activity under your account. You must be of legal age to use the marketplace and to enter into binding contracts.

3. Listings

You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings, for having the legal right to sell what you list, and for delivering items as described. Ads must be for legal goods and services — prohibited items, misleading ads, and duplicate listings are removed.

4. Buying and Selling

AdBolster is a venue that connects buyers and sellers. Unless explicitly stated, we are not a party to transactions between users. Always inspect items carefully and use verified sellers for extra peace of mind.

5. Subscriptions and Fees

Optional subscription plans unlock premium features per category. Plan pricing and durations are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew according to the plan you select unless cancelled.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not use the marketplace for illegal purposes, harass other users, scrape or spam the platform, or attempt to circumvent our security measures.

7. Liability

The marketplace is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from transactions or use of the platform.

8. Termination

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms, post prohibited content, or put our community at risk.
